- 4 x weekly live group sessions for personalised and peer support
- Self-paced online lessons, to access the evidence-based online sleep course, which includes a series of short, easy-to-follow, video lessons teaching you all the skills you need to sleep better, including training in mindfulness plus the five core components of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBTi)

Note: You may be eligible for a total Medicare rebate of $283.70 for the individual sessions with Giselle, with a valid GP referral and mental health care plan.
